Staffing Industry Analysts released its fourth annual 2021 CW Program Game Changers list today, a recognition of professionals whose contribution to the management and evolution of contingent workforce programs within their organizations and industry-wide is enhancing how work gets done around the world. This year’s list is sponsored by KellyOCG , a talent supply chain strategies and workforce solutions provider.
“Congratulations to these professionals who have helped move their company’s workplaces into a hybrid model while ensuring the safety of both their employees and contingent workforces. Many of the CW Program Game Changers launched products and initiatives that not only boosted their company’s bottom line but made for a more equitable world of work — all amid the massive changes imposed by the pandemic,” said Subadhra Sriram, editor and publisher, media products, at SIA.
Selection to the list is made based on the influence and impact nominees have on elevating the value of the flexible workforce and advancing the engagement of contingent talent in a dramatically shifting landscape. Forty individuals were named to the 2021 list, selected from open nominations held earlier this year.
“With the world of work in a constant state of flux and 62% of global organizations hiring more contingent workers since the start of the pandemic, contingent workforce experts who know the value of this in-demand talent will be critical as businesses strive to bring in new skills, meet financial targets and remain resilient in the coming years,” said KellyOCG President Tammy Browning. “It’s an honor to recognize these 40 individuals for their forward-thinking ideas about the optimal way to resource work within their organization and build a diverse workforce that considers all talent. They are the thought leaders who continue to move the industry forward by advocating for the important role contingent workers have in the workforce.”
