Staffing Industry Analysts’ 2023 Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Influencers – US and Canada list is now online. The third annual list comprises 49 professionals in the workforce solutions ecosystem who stand out in their actions and commitment to advancing DE&I in their organizations and communities.

The honorees are helping to close the opportunity gap for varied diverse communities including BIPOC, LGBTQ+, women and working mothers, military veterans and spouses, neurodiverse, disabled and the formerly incarcerated. They have developed new models, partnerships and training programs and use speaking engagements, podcasts, blogs, workshops and more to illustrate the importance of DE&I and how to press the movement forward.

“In the wake of economic uncertainty, organizations’ commitment to DE&I efforts can give way to other business priorities. But those truly devoted to DE&I have not slowed down or deprioritized this vital effort,” SIA Chief Operating Officer Ursula Williams said. “SIA honors those making the world of work a place where all can belong and where all can succeed. We are very proud to see many of those faithful advocates grace our 2023 DE&I Influencers list.”
