A lawsuit that may decide the fate of hundreds of thousands of immigrants and temporary visa holders has moved forward, Forbes reports [1]. The lawsuit challenges two sweeping executive orders issued earlier this year suspending the visa program.
Meanwhile, 22 states and the District of Columbia filed a brief last [2] week challenging the orders. Tech giants Apple Inc., Microsoft and Google were joined by 49 other tech companies in filing their own brief [3] against the orders, Fortune reports.
