From financial gains to varied thought processes leading to better and more creative solutions, the benefits of having a diverse workforce are many. And companies are realizing their contingent workforce programs should be involved.

In fact, Staffing Industry Analysts surveyed companies with more than 1,000 employees that also have contingent workforce programs in place; 65% said they have a diversity supplier program in place. Meanwhile, another 22% were seriously considering putting one in place in the next two years.

SIA’s list of diversity staffing firms, which number 157 firms based on self-reported status, is a great resource for programs looking to build or expand their diversity supplier pool.
