Douglas O’Connor, who is the O’Connor in the O’Connor v. Uber Technologies Inc. class action suit, filed documents Monday objecting to the settlement with the San Francisco-based ride-hailing company, USA Today reports.

The $100 million settlement was reached April 22 but has not yet been approved by the courts.

O’Connor says he felt pressured to sign the settlement quickly and that he is not satisfied with the amount and that the issue of independent contractor classification was not addressed, according to USA Today.

Plaintiff’s attorney Shannon Liss-Riordan dismissed O’Conner’s statements as untrue. Read the full article here.
