Staffing Industry Analysts today released its fifth annual list of professionals around the world who are taking contingent workforce management to the next level. The 2022 CW Program Game Changers list recognizes those leaders whose dedication and contributions to their organizations’ programs influence not just their own programs, but the world of work overall.

This year’s list is sponsored by KellyOCG, a talent supply chain strategies and workforce solutions provider.

Contingent workforce management as we now know it didn’t always exist. The pioneers, the game changers, were at the forefront of the changing world of work that involved contingents. The growing influence that contingent workforce programs have had in elevating the value of the flexible workforces to the bottom line has been an interesting and evolving trend.

Despite a plethora of challenges this past year — including fallout from the pandemic, uncertain economy, talent shortage, war in Ukraine and more — this year’s honorees have strengthened their programs and elevated the ecosystem with increased C-suite support, DE&I initiatives, technology innovations, program enhancements and creative approaches to getting work done. They have led boldly and inspired their teams to push the boundaries of what is possible in contingent workforce management.

“As the world moves out of the pandemic, the world of work continues to drastically evolve, greatly impacting flexible labor programs especially. SIA’s 2022 Game Changers are the problem-solvers, enhancers and innovators making bold moves in this new landscape,” said Ursula Williams, chief operating officer at SIA. “Our 2022 Game Changers are truly leading the way in enriching how work gets done around the globe.”

The 2022 CW Program Game Changers are profiled online. Additionally, these honorees will be recognized at SIA’s CWS Summit North America taking place Sept. 19-20 in Dallas.
