During its annual Temporary Worker Survey, Staffing Industry Analysts asked more than 4,000 workers, “How likely would you be to recommend your most recently assigned client company to a friend or colleague?” Based on the scoring methodology established by Harvard professor Fred Reichheld, client companies earned a net promoter score of 39% in the 2018 survey, which is “a very good score on par with scores of companies such as American Express,” the report noted [1].
