Although there are a number of HR outsourcing providers that offer RPO services as part of broader HR outsourcing arrangements — most typically the administrative elements of RPO — the companies represented in SIA’s “RPO Global Landscape 2022 [1]” report offer RPO (along with other workforce solutions) as their primary service, and within this market, RPO blended with HRO represents less than 1% of that market.
