Do you know someone who should be recognized for making significant contributions to the company’s bottom line while evolving the CW program? Should you be among the next group of men and women profiled by Staffing Industry Analysts as CW Program Game Changers. We are now accepting nominations for our second annual CW program Game Changers list.

What makes someone CW Program Game Changer material? We are looking for people who have been at the forefront of the changing world of work that involves contingents, elevating the program and the profession through innovation and determination. From reining in rogue spend to getting to administering the program with the help of manual systems and processes, these professionals have delivered value to the ecosystem and their organizations’ bottom line.

To qualify, a candidate would have to be directly employed within a buyer enterprise organization. Examples of professionals who would be eligible include, but are not necessarily limited to: a VP of HR who works closely with the program, an individual in the finance department responsible for program compliance, head of talent acquisition accountable for managing the contingent workforce, or a procurement guru whose team handles the staff augmentation and statement-of-work contracts. Program sponsors such as the CFO or the CEO who are not directly involved in the day-to-day operations of the program are not eligible. Please note: For jointly managed programs, we ask for individual nominations per manager; team nominations will not be accepted.

Submit your nominations for the 2019 list. Nominations close July 15.

The list will be published online on Sept. 9 in conjunction with the kickoff of the CWS Summit North America and Collaboration in the Gig Economy conferences, taking place in San Diego Sept. 9-12.
