In our 2015 Contingent Buyers Survey for North America, we asked respondents for the percent of contingent workforce spend that was project/SOW-based. Seventy-nine percent of respondents reported that at least some of their CW business is made up of such arrangements; 19% noted a majority. Because this survey is limited to companies with more than 1,000 employees, it is more representative of larger organizations.
