The DC Circuit court rejected two rulings of the NLRB that workers had been misclassified as independent contractors, Lexology.com reports. Separately, The Seattle Times reports the US Chamber of Commerce has refiled a lawsuit against Seattle over a law allowing Uber and Lyft drivers to unionize.
