A lawsuit that may decide the fate of hundreds of thousands of immigrants and temporary visa holders has moved forward, Forbes reports. The lawsuit challenges two sweeping executive orders issued earlier this year suspending the visa program.
Meanwhile, 22 states and the District of Columbia filed a brief last week challenging the orders. Tech giants Apple Inc., Microsoft and Google were joined by 49 other tech companies in filing their own brief against the orders, Fortune reports.
