As part of the North American Buyers Survey, buyers were asked about their payment terms for staffing firms and MSPs. They were asked to give the number of days before which they typically pay staffing firms and MSPs. Results are displayed in the chart above.
Buyers reported that, in the median, they typically pay staffing firms within 35 days. A quarter of firms indicated that they typically pay within 30 days, and another quarter indicated that they typically pay staffing firms more than 45 days out.
For MSPs, buyers reported that, in the median, they typically pay within 30 days. A quarter of firms indicated that they typically pay within 15 days, and another quarter indicated that they typically pay within 45 days.
