SIA’s 16th annual Workforce Solutions Buyer Survey is now open to all buyer firms. Participants must have management responsibility for their employer’s contingent workforce and/or oversight of workforce solutions providers such as VMS, MSP or RPO.
Suppliers of staffing services or workforce solutions are not eligible to participate.
The survey helps SIA prepare a report full of highly valuable insights into the status of workforce solutions in 2024. Participants will receive the summary statistics report of the 2024 survey’s results plus instant download access to two research reports: Buyer Survey 2023 Initial Findings and Best Practices in Contingent Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.
All individual responses are kept confidential, and only summary statistics appear in the final report. The deadline to complete the survey is Feb. 27, and the link is here.
