According to SIA research, approximately 23% of the recruitment process outsourcing market (by share of reported contracts) is derived from contracts where the same provider delivers both MSP and contingent workforce services, with 12% of agreements offering a fully blended solution under a single contract.

Although there are a number of HR outsourcing providers that offer RPO services as part of broader HR outsourcing arrangements — most typically the administrative elements of RPO — the companies represented in SIA’s “RPO Global Landscape 2022” report offer RPO (along with other workforce solutions) as their primary service, and within this market, RPO blended with HRO represents less than 1% of that market.
