Staffing Industry Analysts’ second Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Influencers – US and Canada list is now online. The 2022 list comprises 47 professionals in the workforce solutions ecosystem who stand out through their actions and commitment to advancing DE&I in their organizations and communities.

“The 2022 DE&I Influencers continue to do groundbreaking work to reduce the social isolation or lack of belonging that so many minorities — historically excluded and other communities — experience in a variety of ways. Additionally, they are educating the industry on how employers need to rethink their relationships with their workers,” said Subadhra Sriram, editor and publisher, media products at SIA. “We are pleased to feature this august group and give our kudos to them for remaining focused on finding solutions to the DE&I challenges that grip our ecosystem.”

The honorees are helping to close the opportunity gap for varied diverse communities, including BIPOC, LGBTQ+, neurodiverse, disabled, women and working mothers, military veterans and spouses, and the formerly incarcerated. They have developed new models, partnerships and training programs and use speaking engagements, podcasts, blogs, workshops and more to illustrate the importance of DE&I and how to press the movement forward.
