SIA is still accepting nominations for the 2024 Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Influencers US and Canada list, which recognizes professionals who are leading the charge to create opportunities for historically excluded communities in the workforce solutions ecosystem. The nomination period closes March 6.

The list is not a ranking and will be based on the nominations. Whom should you nominate? We are looking for people who have made a demonstrable influence in creating opportunities for the historically excluded and underserved communities in the workforce solutions ecosystem. We seek those who are leading important conversations and driving their companies’ initiatives forward.

Those making nominations should be prepared to include examples of ways their nominees are speaking out and working on DE&I and how those conversations and initiatives are changing attitudes or have effected change. Be prepared to articulate the degree of impact and the repeatability/scalability of efforts made. The duration as well as recent results of the nominee’s efforts will also be factored into list inclusion. Please focus on results from the past 12 months.

Nominations are accepted through March 6. Self nominations are welcome. The list will be published in the May/June 2024 issue of Staffing Industry Review magazine, and profiles will be available online.
